RETURNING AN ITEM
TO RETURN AN ITEM TO US, READ THE CONDITIONS BELOW AND FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
- Email us at get in touch with us or text us on +1 (503) 831 8895 to notify us of your wish to return.
- You have 7 days to contact us and 15 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement.
- Return your item with all tags attached, proof of purchase and in new, original condition. Please include your shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and contact details too.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. You will be refunded via your original payment method or via your PayPal account once your return has been confirmed successful, within a certain amount of days.
If you have spoken with a member of our support team and a return is applicable to the item you have purchased, all items must be sent to our return address in their original unused condition. If an item has been received damaged you must inform us prior to returning your items as it is the customers' responsibility to ensure all items are returned in a working and resalable condition. Included in your return you must state your name and order ID.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item.
- Artio Fashion understands that purchasing online can be a risk! At our discretion, we choose to allow returns for change of mind online, we are here to help! If you're not loving the fit and we cannot replace your item with the correct size, we will refund your purchase by reversing your transaction online if the above steps are adhered to.
- Sale items are NOT eligible for return. All sale transactions are final online.
- If you encounter the unfortunate problem that your purchased item is faulty, we will do our very best to arrange a repair, replacement or refund for you. Simply contact us and we can send it back to the supplier for reviewal on your behalf. The manufacturer with then indicates a replacement or credit.

Currency Converter on our site displays the price at the most current exchange rate, by default, updated hourly. With Currency Converter by itself, the customer will be charged the price they see at checkout, which is the default price of the product set in your store, in USD. Currency Converter by itself doesn't change the currency at checkout.
We deal directly with small businesses and independent factories across the globe. Delivery may take a few weeks, but you can be assured of getting the best, carefully selected products from across the world direct to your doorstep.
Overall a package shouldn't take more than 12-20 business days to arrive in USA and Australia.
Specific countries such as Canada and some European countries may experience longer delivery periods (16-26 business days for Canada and 20-40 days for the UK) due to delays at customs and an additional period may have to be allowed. Unfortunately, this added period is out of our control and due to domestic customs.
Please ensure all orders on our website are correct as they are immediately passed to our processing team to prepare your delivery. Once an order is submitted we are unable to cancel your order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect or your address is changed within the estimated delivery time we, unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will endeavor to update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.
If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and ArtioFashion will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
